Proposed Connecticut Law: Tobacconists, Only 50 Percent of Your Revenue Can be From Cigars

Once again, cigars are caught up in a law targeting vapes. If this were to pass, a tobacconist would need to make sure that no more than 50 percent of its revenue came from the sale of tobacco products. That’s not going to work.
