Iowa Senate Passes Cigar Bar Bill

In a matter of weeks, a bill that would allow for cigar bars in Iowa quickly cleared the state’s Senate. In order to qualify, a business would need to generate at least 35 percent of its revenue from the sale of cigars and cigar accessories.
