J.C. Newman’s LeRoy Neiman 2026 Collector’s Edition Coming This Summer

The series, which features cigars made in Tampa and a lithograph of one of Neiman’s famous paintings, returns for its fouth edition. This year, the artwork features “The President’s Birthday,” depicting Marilyn Monroe serenading President John F. Kennedy in 1962.
