USTR Paves Way for Next Round of Tariffs, Cigar-Producing Countries Set at 12.5 Percent (Update)

To no one’s surprise, the USTR is recommending a blanket 12.5 percent tariff to many of America’s largest trading partners. That includes cigar-producing countries like the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Nicaragua.
