Judge Throws Out Vape Group’s Challenge Over Denver’s Flavored Tobacco Law

A lawsuit seeking to overturn Denver’s relatively-new ban on the sale of most flavored tobacco and flavored vaping products has been dismissed. The law provides an exemption for flavored hookah tobacco but not for flavored cigars.
