Case Study is a premium cigar line from Ventura Cigar Company, a subsidiary of Kretek International Group, inspired by the minimalist mid-century modern architectural movement of building elegant, efficient homes in post-World War II California. Each numbered Case Study blend is handcrafted in the Dominican Republic by some of the most celebrated factories in the industry, including Davidoff’s Occidental Cigar Factory, La Aurora, and Plasencia Cigars, with each release showcasing a unique combination of premium tobaccos from multiple countries. Notable blends include the Case Study 03 featuring a dark Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper over a Semilla 192 binder with a multi-country filler blend, along with limited-edition black-band releases utilizing extremely rare and vintage tobaccos.
