Let’s talk about the elephant in the room…. The cost. I know these aren’t cheap. But I usually save them for special occasions. I thought this was so tasty. I got hay, butter and nuts from this. This cigar reminds me of some of the cubans I’ve had. I’m not saying Cubans are the best.,,, just a different flavor profile that I enjoy. This was a long smoke but a super enjoyable one. Glad I was able to scoop them up at Oxford!

Like the Lampert Don Patron, this is an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper is very good. But this smokes like an average Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. There is a lot of aged tobacco in this cigar but I am not getting above average on this cigar considering the price point. Yes, this is a very flavorful Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper cigar with some notes of cinnamon and cream. The main notes I am getting is cedar and earth. I would recommend giving this cigar a try and it might hit your wheelhouse if you are Connecticut wrapper enthusiast.
