Leaf by Oscar is an innovative Honduran cigar brand created in 2014 by Oscar Valladares, born from a friendship with Jim Robinson (Island Jim) of Leaf & Bean in Pittsburgh, who encouraged Oscar to open his own factory and craft a signature line. Instantly recognizable by their rustic whole tobacco leaf outer wrapping—which must be removed before smoking—Leaf by Oscar cigars are handmade in Honduras using aged Honduran binders and fillers across multiple wrapper options including Connecticut, Maduro, Corojo, Sumatra, and limited editions like Broadleaf, delivering smooth, well-balanced, medium to full-bodied flavors of cedar, cocoa, earth, espresso, and spice that prove the brand is far more than its eye-catching presentation.
