Foundation Cigar Company Shipping the 2024 Release of the Tabernacle Knight Commander

Foundation Cigar Company is shipping the 2024 release of the Tabernacle Knight Commander. The 6 ¾ x 52 Perfecto ($40), an annual fall release, features a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, a Mexican San Andrés binder, and fillers from Estelí and Jalapa, Nicaragua. 

Inspired by the honor bestowed upon Nicholas Melillo, owner of Foundation Cigar Company, by the Ethiopian Crown Council, the Tabernacle Knight Commander commemorates Melillo’s title as Knight Commander of The Ethiopian Star of Honor. 

Foundation says the net profits from the sale of the Tabernacle Knight Commander will be donated to the Royal Ethiopian Trust. 

“Receiving the Ethiopian Star of Honor is one of the greatest privileges of my life,” Melillo said in a press release. “The Knight Commander cigar is my way of giving back,  and I am honored that all net proceeds will support the Royal Ethiopian Trust, contributing to projects that make a tangible difference in the lives of Ethiopians.”
