Kentucky Fire Cured Cigars

Kentucky Fire Cured (KFC) is a one-of-a-kind cigar line from Drew Estate, born when co-founder Jonathan Drew and Steve Saka experimented with wrapping a Liga Privada T52 in Kentucky fire-cured tobacco leaf—a 200-year-old tradition where harvested leaves are smoked for 14 days over smoldering hickory, maple, and oak hardwoods in curing barns. Handcrafted at La Gran Fabrica Drew Estate in Estelí, Nicaragua, each KFC cigar features a rustic Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder with Nicaraguan, Kentucky Fire Cured, Virginia Dark Fire Cured, and Brazilian Mata Fina fillers. The result is a medium-bodied smoke with a distinctly savory, smoky BBQ profile reminiscent of fine Islay Scotch or slow-smoked meats—a bold, unconventional experience that stands apart from anything else in the premium cigar world.
